Why do you want to become Staff ? : I take my job as serious as possible not just as a title I recognize that some players are just plain idiotic and troublemakers and need to be dealt with the hammer down! but the majority of players just want to play and enjoy their game and get some help now and then. I think that is what my job is for, helping the players and dealing with them to make a more peaceful environment on the server, also my knowledge might not improve this community nor this server directly but my skills are worth it such as my : -communication skills (listening, speaking and writing properly). -My flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple assignments at a time. -interpersonal abilities because we all have to work with others in order to complete a project. -Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

Why do you think you personally should become Staff? : I recently joined the community and noticed that it was being loaded with new players especially at this moment, and with that being said i plucked up and had a tour around got adapted to the new system and politics sustained on the server but sincerely and with all my heart i noticed the lack of staff members from different time zones, ( For my time zone i honestly find the server full all the time around 5pm but i join really soon and hold my place) i noticed the lack of staff members and costed me and the players on the server many things, and this will drive up to having a toxic community which i would hate by the way. I love this community now and ever since i joined i never faced any incident nor a fight, the community is already perfect without the lack of staff.

Any Staff experience from other games ? : I used to own my proper server OriginalityNetwork but not anymore -i know simple in-game commands -i know how to run a server as well as dealing with this lovely community of yours. i honestly wouldn't call it staff experience but i had my privileges on CivilGamers (VIP on duty) .

A player tells you that someone is making money while they have a building sign up. What do you do and why? : If this is truly the case then i would ask the player (the one who's making money) to either remove or pocket his stuff, or remove the building sign. if he refuse to do neither of them a kick will be sufficient for refusing to comply to staff orders.

Player X hits a player Y for 1 point of armour damage and player Y kills player X.Player X reports RDM, what do you do and why ? : While it is common that whenever holding a weapon against someone and damaging them would lead the other side to fire back and in this case kill player X, i reckon a warn isn't what needs to be held i should stick with an explanation to player X that Even if its 1 damage it is still considered damage which will allow them to KOS you.

Player X calls player Y a (whatever horrible insult comes to mind) over voice. Player Y asks for an admin for disrespect, what do you do and why ? : Since disrespect isn't an existing rule i would verbally ask the player Y to Warn him by adverting 3 times and then killing him if he was truly annoying him. and for player X i would ask him not to cause trouble cause it only waste all sides time.

3 players report player X for RDM but you cannot find the player in question, what do you do and why ? : I Would first of all check the logs see if the player damaged and killed the 3 victims if so a ban is still necessary as his steam ID will be copied and he will be punished for Mass RDM And LTAP (Leaving to avoid punishment) and refund the victims with the lost items, in case it was a possibility of of a raid or maybe his router died or the suspect felt it wasn't right etc. he can appeal on the forums and backup with evidence on the act and ask for an unban that's the case if he was unfairly banned

A player accidentally crossfires someone in a raid and the player that got crossfired calls an admin for RDM, what do you do and why ? : i would surely bring the victimized player to the sit and apologize on the behalf of the other player and say it was an accident and refund him with what he lost during the action being taken and bring him back to previous location. also i would verbally and nicely ask the raiders to be more careful next time.
