Remove NLR for Police during Bank and PD raids.

I know this may sound absurd for the people who have been here a long time, but hear me out. When I try to raid the bank/PD, it's tough even without this rule (Rarely not, only when the cops don't notice). When this rule comes into play, it's impossible to win. Often when I do manage to kill others, they come back and back and back. With inexperienced players it's fine, but we have to deal with counters and donators who destroy us. Bank/PD raids are impossible without sheer luck while this rule is active, and I think it should be changed. If there is a good reason for this though, you can tell me and I'll understand. Just can't think of a good one.

 Think about it as if it was in real life. If there is 1 or 2 cops on it would be too easy to raid the bank / PD. If they dont have NLR it would have the same effect as if there were 10 cops.

But the ability of other players to counter completely breaks it. I understand how that works, and yes, it's a solid idea. But when other players counter, it's completely unpredictable.

Also it's impossible when there are more than 3 cops on.

It can't be too east to raid bank, There has to be a challenge.

It's not a challenge, it's completely impossible. Besides, I can make more money fuel refining or bitmining

I saw like 5 people try to raid it earlier and they still failed

We could lower the NLR timer to give enough time for some police to come back?
