I just want to help out the community and make it a better place with less rule breakers. It also gives me a chance to help out other players who are in need of help, especially the Americans who get on when no staff are on, because of the U.K time. If I don't get accepted it wouldn't ruin my fun for the server, as it is fun.

This is most likely because when the staff that live in the U.K are offline there are almost no American staff I ever see online.

I would bring the "player" into a safe area, or just a sit room, and ask for specific information, and if they got proof. Afterwards I will spectate the reported player and see if they are in fact building and making money with printers, their job, etc. If he is doing this I would ask him why he is making money while building, and I would tell him it's not allowed. Depending on his answer I would do these: If he tells me so he wont get raided I would Warn him for obvious rule breaking, and tell him to read !motd. If he is a new player and answers with something like "I'm sorry I didn't know" I would just give him a verbal warning and tell him not to do it again or he could get in serious trouble, as people think they can not raid you and it is unfair. I would also tell him to real !motd.
After I do this I would leave and keep spectating them (If I had no reports) and if they do not stop I would warn them for rule breaking, and More punishments if they go on even more.
[u][b]Player X hits player Y for 1 point of armor damage and player Y kills player X.Player X reports RDM, what do you do and why?[/b][/u]
I would accept the case and bring them into a sit. I would have player Y explain everything in full detail, and ask if Player X has anything to say. After their stories I tell them to wait a second and I check the logs to see if their story is true. If it is I would ask Player X why he reported Player Y, and why he shot Player Y. I would verbally warn Player X that if you shoot someone and hit them for no reason they're allowed self defence, even if it was an accident.
If one of those players (X, or Y) was caught lying I would have to deal with that story, and ask why they lied to me. If player X lied to me about hitting Player Y I would tell them I have proof in the logs and warn them for lying to staff. If Player Y lied to me about killing Player X I would verbal warn Player X that even in accidents shooting someone gives them a right of self defence. I would return Player X and keep Player Y. I would ask them why they lied to me and tell them they did nothing wrong, but I would still give a warning for lying to staff.

I would bring them both in a sit and ask for the whole story. I would check logs for any other grievous acts, and I would ask them for proof of the verbal abuse. If they have proof I would most likely give a verbal warning, but more like a verbal verbal warning, just telling them that no one likes a wet sponge/wet towel. If they don't have proof I would verbal warn the "offender" to get proof next time, return them, and spectate the "offender". If I catch him doing the act I would "verbal" verbal warn the offender that people don't generally like people that do that. If he did anything like pedophilia, or racism I would definetally give a warning.

I would bring them all into a sit. I would ask for the full story 1 at a time, then check logs for proof. Hence I can't find the player (including name changes) I would warn the offender for LTAP and RDM if I had found proof that they killed, then left. If the logs show nothing of the Reported Player I would warn them for lying to a staff member. I would also check if the reported player was in the right: ex: Bank raiding, raiding, advertising, etc. If I found that I would just verbal warn them.

If he did not advert kos if near, but just "/advert raid" I would warn / verbal warn the offender, depending on the situation, for FailRP depending on the situation.
