Of course my first idea was "he is going to counter" so i killed him. After killing the Fuel Refiner he was actually pretty un-bothered by the situation. While i was completing my "Steal" i was teleported to a sit with the admin Joey. He said that my advert was not legal because i mugged and stole at the same time. And that it was not allowed to "steal" someone's gun off their hand (Bobby's deception torwards the story). I tried to explain but i got warned without getting a chance and teleported back to my position. Even when i tried to explain in the chat i was ignored. I reached out to the Fuel Refiner i stole from and he admited that he indeed was a the victim not bobby. While i was chatting with him Bobby got close to us and started taunting me over me getting a warn. He then mugged me and killed me and the Fuel Refiner. I then made a report and me and the Fuel Refiner explained to Tod Packer what had happend. You were warned for two things: 1. You cannot have a multiadvert. 2. Bobbly stated that you attempted to mug him while he was holding a gun too you. I see nothing wrong with what I did, and if Bobbly was mocking you and admitted to lieing, then I shall deal with him. Until I see evidence of such, I feel my judgement was fair.

There is proof of the guy i was ACTUALLY directing the advert to admitting that i stole his stuff. Also it is not a multi advert. Im only adverting steal and stating what the KOS rules apply

My advert states that i am stealing that the KOS rules apply to counters... my advert is not in itself a counter. I was stealing the Fuel Refiner. Why would i mug someone with a gun out pointing at me? I adverted steal on the Fuel Refiner and killed him because he was aiming a weapon at me

Aside from this, you're allowed to mug someone that is holding a gun. It just won't end well. About the multi advert, if you were talked to about this advert before this situation to change / fix it then yes, you should have gotten a warn for that. If it was this one time, i'd ask for you to fix it up and take that as a verbal and if it were to happen again i'd then give a warn.

I have spoken to Joey in game and he has said that he realized the guy was lying when he actually had a conversation with me about the incident. And my advert is legit. There is nothing i need to change.

Your advert is fine. However, you can’t kill someone just because you think they’re going to counter. You killed the thief because you thought he was going to counter and then continued your steal. This warn is going to be changed to just a RDMx1 warn.

Alright. Next time you’re in this situation please be more careful. You can’t kill someone because they pull a gun directly at you. Those situations can be tough but be careful, it saves you from being warned for those things. The warn is going to be turned into an RDMx1 warn only.
